Breathe Calm

My yoga path actually started with meditation to reduce my intense anxiety and panic attacks, a pair that often accompany ADHD.

Over the years I've tried a lot of apps but the Calm app helps stop a panic attacks in its tracks! I love the breathe option… the tune/visual combination helps keep breathing smooth and easier when your central nervous system is glitching out.

I use the the mystic garden and breathe options with Nadi Shodhana and it's AMAZING.

I don't have any incentive to promote the Calm app… other than a desire to share this awesome gem
